The mission of Bethel Women At the Well Ministry is to provide a compassionate and caring therapeutic community for women struggling with life-controlling issues. Our six-month program is designed to foster healing and growth, addressing physical, mental, and spiritual needs through individual counseling, work therapy, and volunteer community service projects, all centered on Jesus Christ. Within our highly-structured and supervised, drug- and alcohol-free environment, our students engage in a daily routine carefully crafted to promote personal responsibility and accountability. This unique community environment also facilitates peer support, allowing for the sharing of emotional, social, and practical assistance. Upon graduation, students are encouraged to remain connected with Bethel Ministries, where they can access further support through our Graduate Program and job placement opportunities. Additionally, many of our graduates choose to give back to the program by volunteering in various capacities, ensuring the continued success of our mission to empower women towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and lasting recovery.
